Her name is Candace Gingrinch and she works for the HRC (Human Rights Campaign). I've seen her give the daily 3 minute video of GLBT news, "Equally Speaking". It's a good clip, and you get to see the folks who work in the big orange and blue building that I get to visit on Rhode Island and 17th, NW every now and again.
