HIV experts say Gender Identity Disorder should be reclassified

GID is the name for the diagnosis that allows transgender people to have the medical services - counseling as well as possible, but not definite, surgery - that allow them to transition to a new gender or come to terms with their birth-assigned gender. These HIV experts want a second look.
